  1. soak cashews for 30 minutes in hot water or in cool water for 6 hours overnight
  2. drain and rinse cashews, add to a blender with other ingredients - start with 3 cups of water and add the last cup if you want a runnier consistency
  3. blend on high setting for 60 seconds
  4. use a nut milk bag to strain The resulting creamer will last
